In 2019, Matterport was unveiling Cloud 3.0, a subscription-based platform marking a significant shift in the company's positioning and capabilities. The challenge was capturing attention at Inman Connect—a crowded conference with 4,000+ real estate professionals—and demonstrating the platform's transformation while driving qualified booth traffic.
We positioned the experience around "The Listing That Never Sleeps"—a campaign concept that captured both the promise of 3D technology (listings work 24/7) and the energy of New York City itself. The execution included a custom-designed premium booth, interactive kiosks showcasing live MLS listings of Midtown Manhattan luxury properties, geo-targeted SMS campaigns driving real-time booth visits, branded restaurant partnership coasters offering dining discounts, and an integrated pre-event email campaign building anticipation.
The result was record booth traffic, qualified lead generation, and a clear demonstration of how 3D technology transforms the buying experience—fewer showings, more serious buyers, faster sales cycles.
